The attached screenshot shows the options that appear when you upgrade to new maintenance releases in v8.
The screen only appears when both you and Actinic have edited a layout e.g. you have customised a layout, and Actinic fixed a bug in it.
If you have not edited a layout, but Actinic has fixed it, then the layout is replaced in the library 'silently'. If you have edited a layout, and Actinic has not changed it, then nothing happens.

- The first option can be used if you are happy with your store design. It is working well and you don't want it to change. It basically ignores Actinic's changes and they are not added to the site database. The 'Original' database will still be updated though.
- The second option is the best one to use. It adds all Actinic's changed design elements into the site database – but gives them a different name (such as 'Site Map Section Link v8_0_3_0'). This means you can at least take a look at what Actinic has done to the layout, without it affecting your design.
- The third option means that your edited layout will be replaced by Actinic's system-supplied one.
