Import Product List

Hi,

I have been trying for weeks to import a csv product list into V8 but with no luck.

Tried to import the whole file and matching up the field in csv file with existing fields in V8. Failed and got error saying the first line duplicated. Can't find anywhere duplication occurred.

Reinstall and tried, same error.

Tried number of product itmes, still failed saying blank line encountered.

Export a product list from V8 to see how it work and tried to included one product item in the exported list. Still failed. Saying there is blank line. The blank line was there originally.

Please help. What i want is to see how the product list look like in V8 and then do my 'manipulation'. Is there somewhere I would 'get rid of' what the demo database had set and start my own one ? I am a newie

Look in the Program Files/Actinic v8/Site 1/Common folder for example csv files and open these with Excel.

I have tried that as well. with what i have described earlier.

For example, using the example from site 1 and get a product from my product file.
