Cant uninstall V8 demo

Hi - my trial version of V8 has recently expired and this is causing me a problem while using Dreamweaver. I'm learning ASP and was going through a tutorial to set up a database, when I tried to add a recordset in the Bindings panel I got a popup asking for my Actinic authorization. When I cancelled this Dreamweaver simply crashed - this happens everytime I try to add a recordset. I'm not using Actinic in any way at this point - just trying to learn ASP!

I tried uninstalling the V8 trial though add/remove but a dialog pops up asking for INSTALL.LOG I cannot find this file anywhere and so cannot uninstall the software.

Can anyone please advise me as to how I can uninstall the V8 trial so I can use Dreamweaver without crashing?

Don't get me wrong - I was impressed by the Actinic trial and intend to buy the full version at some point - but not until I'm confident with ASP etc

if the problem is in dreamweaver, then you probably have to go into the Extension Manager and disable/uninstall the actinic extension.
AFAIK, this is the only link to actinic in dreamweaver.

This was a bug in earlier versions - try installing the latest version which has fixed the problem.
