Surf-Wax is 8.5.1HFUA and KitesRUs is 8.5.0.
I wonder if Actinic has changed something?
Edit: Seems not. I just installed such a menu into 8.5.1 Demo Site and it still gives me static links. Now I wonder what's different with Surf-Wax!
I also see that on Surf-Wax the Section links go through cgi-bin as well. E.g. all the main column links on http://www.surf-wax.co.uk/acatalog/index.html
