Help needed by complete novice!

I am completely new to Actinic and am floundering! Having experimented a little I realise that I need to have a definite plan of what to do in the correct order. I can cope with the shipping and checkout OK, and presume I should sit down with a pen and paper and work out my store sections and so on?
I have a store on eBay and want to close it and move all my items to Actinic. I understand the structure of the pages in Actinic but do not know how to change certain things. For example, I would like to change "Product Sections" in the side navigation bar to " Store Departments" and I cannot see how I can do this.
If someone can help with basic advice I would be most grateful!

You may not be aware but you should get 30 days telephone support from Actinic to get you up and running.

I'd concentrate on getting all the products in first, and then do shipping, tax, terms, search, payment methods etc etc

ie get to grips with the interface before messing with the underlying design coding

If you go to the design tab, you should be able to click on the area you want to change and get more of an idea about what needs to change, won't work everytime but will give you a better idea, hopefully.
