can someone please tell me how I change the text in the confirmation email that people get after placing an order?

Go to page preview, design tab select page type and scroll down to customer email. top screen shows what you've got, make changes on layout code(bottom screen) and its ready for uploading

Yep, I have gone thru and made a lot of changes and it makes the emails a lot more personal. I use my order shipped email to give tracking info. What I do is have a set email and before sending it I put whether it was shipped with royal mail or citylink (it has links to both of the tracking area's) and then I input the tracking number.
