Problem with product images some show some dont

I have a strange problem as seen at

http://www.internet-workwear.co.uk/a...est/index.html

see "Beauty range" and "Bib & brace" Beauty shows from loc 2 whilst Bib stored in loc 1

I have images stored in two places both in the site folder
1 stored at sites|Internet-workwear|Actinic Site Photos
2 stored at sites|internet-workwear

Loc 2 images are GIF, Loc 1 are JPG

The images from the 2 location all show up but the ones from the 1 location do not show

There is a reason for the two locations, I am updateing the images slowly from 1 to 2 but original site used location 1 and 2 quite happily also other sites I have changed over and put in test mode

I have a feeling it in site options

Just checked and for some reason the missing files have not been uploaded to the server

check the path name within the product dialog box as it seems actinc doesn't read that path

or bodge it and add the files to additional files

I've just checked the webpage and all the pics are there OK! I presume you may have uploaded them now.

Just tested on another computer and still not showing, on bib & Braces. are you sure you are on the test site?

If you ftp to the site - do you see the Actinic Site Photo's folder inside the test\acatalog\ folders?

I get no images on Bibs & Braces where the image path does read \Actinic%20Site%20Photo's\imagefile while on the Beauty page the image path is test\acatalog\imagefile.

No its not there

I have also just re-loaded a v7 copy again into v8.3 and the whole folder does not copy across so it looks like a bug

The folder does show in explores but does not seem to be recognised by v8

Just tried this from another computer. The Bib and Brace pics are not there, but all the pictures are present on the Beauty Range Page.

They are the gifs on the other location

I have passed it on to support with a v7 snapshot to see if they can help

its all ok on the v7 site which is up and running, I was so engrosed in makeing the layout changes I did not notice this problem untill today, and the more I think about it it looks like a bug rather than finger trouble (i will probably regret that statement, but who cares its nearly 5)
