Why does my old logo appear in the brochure pages?

I had a logo with a black background and then changed it to a transparent background so I could see how it fits with the themes.

It has changed for all the product pages but not the brochure pages?

I used settings/site options/company logo image

I thought this changed it sitewide?

You also need to change 'Brochure Logo Image' to the same as the company logo image.

It's in the same place (settings | site options | general), but its under Brochure.
