Big Problem V8.3 No Price or Logo

Just found my Logo and prices are not showing and not sure what I have changed to get like this

Price error message is "price fatel error: call to undefined function priceformat() in main on line 1

Also the logo at top of page is missing but was showing all morning ok

It looks universal as all 6 sites being prepared for uploading show the same faults and all must have changed at the same time without being open

Must have changed whilst trying to update tabards to a online system

I had this issue with v8.0.3 after I had imported my v7 orders. I managed to sort it by compacting the database and reopening Actinic.

I will keep my fingers crossed!

I have just turned off the computer and turned on again and it's back to normal so must have been a glitch somewhere

All the other sites waiting to load now look ok as well

Bugger the fingers I have everything crossed and touching 99 bits of wood and still scarred stiff

V8 dont you just love the exercise it gives your brains and nerves

Further to above it looks like a bug, when you get to import orders, after completion of import the site updates and the company logo dissapears and the price is showing an error

Turn off actinic and reload and all is well

having the same problem I have downloaded the patch (8.0.4) but still have the problem which has been on my system for over week can not upgrade my site untill it has been resolved

Is this issue still happening? Do you have a snapshot of the v8.0.3 site before upgrading, if you do, uninstall Actinic, delete the 'Actinic v8' folder from C:\Program Files.

Reinstall v8.0.4 and then upgrade the snapshot.
