Product Viewing

Another stupid thing..

When I go to select a product, the viewing window doesn't go to the product. It just sits at the top of the page in la la land.

Any ideas why this is happerning?

Here is a brakedown.

Content Tree:

- AOR AR-7030
- AOR AR-8900
- Icom IC-746 Pro III
- Icom IC-7000
- Icom IC-7800 Mk. II
- Icom IC-X3
- Yaesu FT-817ND
- Yaesu FT-897
- Yaesu FT-2000
- Yaesu FTdx9000

In the page preview it will just stick at AOR AR-8900 if I select Yaesu FT-817ND it will just stick at the top of the page won't move when I select any products.

Hi Richard

Is this when you click on the product within the "Design" tab? If so, then yes this is meant to be like this, as it viewing the whole page layout, rather than that product. However if you mean this happens within the content tab, then it sounds like product anchor is missing from your product layout code.
If you go to the "Design" tab, then click on the product name, in the code view there should be the following just before it

 <a name="<Actinic:Variable Name="EncodedProductAnchor"/>"></a>

If the above is not there, then that the reason and you may want to insert it and apply the changes.
