Special Offer - how do I remove it from the index page?

How do I remove the special offer - Our computer bundles are available with....... that comes stock with V8?

I dont want special offers and I cant find where to remove it.

its a fragment, look in the content tree, under Home

Thats what I thought but there's no fragment there. I clicked the hide toggle for the more brochure and the special offer has now dissappeared from the index so I think it was in there somewhere.
