        Which is great, but does not answer the question. What is the location of the server and what time zone is used?

        Good practice says all servers should use UTC (aka GMT) - reality say this setting is often overlooked.

            great and thanks for all the help from everyone on this.

            Do you think I can now go back to having a privacy policy because that was thought to be a possible cause of the problem?

              I wouldn't bother. We only introduced the P3P policy because everyone thought Microsoft were going to make it a standard for internet explorer to look for this privacy file. As it turned out, they never did.
