PSP Pending & Actinic Inbuilt Encryption

Just finished a site using Actinic inbuilt encryption. Since going live the site has been receiving most of the orders coming through as PSP pending. On contacting the customers they have been told that they entered their credit card details in the payment page.

Anyone know why these payment wouldn't come through as they have nothing to do with Paypal although the accept Paypal on the site. Also Paypal is the only PSP that they accept.

When you look at the orders, is the credit card information visible within the 'Progress and Payments' tab? It will be there if the order has been taken using the In-Built Encryption. If it isn't there, it means the customer has selected to pay via PayPal, but has not chosen to complete the order.

The credit card setting on the order proccesing computer were not the same as the website.
