Search values not refreshing

Hello,

I created a simple list of search values and initially this worked fine. I then modified the descriptions of these values and now when I go to run a product search using the drop down I now see both old and new search values available. If I select the old value the search runs and says the value is not found. Is this a bug ? Should the search values be cleared and reset each time the site is updated ?

How should I remove the redundant search values from the list ?

I'm running v 8.0.3 Business on XP.

Are you talking here about the Searchable properties feature? I'd suggest a few things to force Actinic to refresh the list of searchable property values.

• Try making the user-definable variable non-searchable, and then see what happens to the values in the list
• Try removing the searchable property from the grid in 'Settings | Search Settings' and then adding it again

Hopefully one of those will kick the functionality in a suitable place to make it update the list correctly.
