Hide 700 products on website???

I have about 700 products to hide in my store which are in different sections. Is there any short key to hide all of them at once rather than selecting each and tick on "Hide on web site" checkbox.

youcould export them to csv and then add the "hide on website" column and reimport

I'm not sure how you can use a global switch to hide 700 products, how would the switch know which 700 to hide?

Yes, I will give a go to export products into csv files, changing column value to 1 for "hide on web site" and hopefully it would work. thanks ...

I really do not know what is global swith and how it works, i am new to v8.
