    One Click Order Processing

    Hi All

    A couple of problems and wondered if anyone else has had the same

    My one click but in the toolbar does not work, i have to right click and select it that way, also the shipped email does not have the correct subject details, it fills the subject in with the usual stuff but misses the last bit that states "order shipped email". so all the customer sees is "kites r us order xyz000000001:"

    has anyone else had problems with this

      It's not a major issue but a minor pain, these little bugs are getting rather annoying.

        Just to say the following is a bug
        it fills the subject in with the usual stuff but misses the last bit that states "order shipped email". so all the customer sees is "kites r us order xyz000000001:"
        Now for the former, what you need to do, is there is an edit box 1 box on the right of that icon, a long text box. You first need to put in the order number, then click on that button and it will complete the order. Currently there is a discussion within development to see if we can improve this, rather than doing it this way. Currently it's not a bug but designed this way.

          OK

          apart from typing the whole order number in the box, it does not find it if abbreviated, it might sound silly but if they are highlighted clicking this button should do it? pointless typing the order number in - i think i will stick with the right click then complete order and send emails manualy.
