Easy way to change Navigation 8 mess up?

7.06 to 8.03 messed up navigation bar.

Can't seem to change but one nav links css style and html at a time.

Simple things made hard:
I think I may be insane for choosing Actinic back with 6, but now I'm feel I'm truely going mad with V8. It's like going down the rabbit hole once again.

Edit each link individually.

Edit each style change individually.
Edit each character individually.
Hope search and replace will work.
Go back to 1995. Well I remember in 1995 notepad and simple text worked a little better.
