    NoChex Integration URGENT HELP PLEASE

    Hi,
    I am building a shop site for someone and am having problems with the NoChex Integration. Once the payment has been taken, the customer is then bounced back into the catalogue, but their basket is not emptied? Also we do not get the email to say that an order has been placed? I have also changed the colours etc in the control panel in Nochex and no changes have been made when you process the payments? Could it be that they have a merchant account or something and Actinic is not pointing to the right page? (I have read the articles about www.secure.nochex.com and such like.) Any pointers on this would be much appreciated as my customer is hoping to go live with this on 1st November.

    Can i suggest you first check that you are not mixing www.mydomain.com with mydomain.com

    this could cause the problems with cookies, also when you download the orders are you getting the PSP auth or do they go to pending auth.

      The payment status in the order tab is fully paid, so the system knows that the payment has been processed in Actinic it just doesn't empty the basket or produce the order or receipt emails. Thanks for your response.

        have you checked whether this happens with any other payment method?

        ie set up cheque payment and buy something yourself. It would be interesting to know if it is an issue specifically with nochex or general to all payment methods

              Hi,
              All the emails work fine with the payment as cheque on delivery. I get the receipt page from Actinic after the Nochex page, but still don't get the email to say an order has been placed and the customer doesn't get a receipt copy in their email. also the basket still doesn't clear. Can anyone else help?

                Is there a "Done" button on the receipt page? I believe you either need a timed submit, or a physical click on the button to submit. It is that submittal that triggers the script to clear the basket and send the email(s).
