following unsuccessful completions of the exporting of snapshots, I am left with various snapshots in the backup folder with a file-length of ZERO bytes.
when using the import function, actinic allows you to select zero-byte files and import them,
naturally nothing happens, but neither is than error message
the import facility needs to detect on zero-byte filenames and issue an error message if you try to import them.
