Creating a Listing Page Not Working

I have been following the instructions for "Creating a Listing Page which Links Through to Full Details Pages" as per the Advanced User Guide.

Only problem is...it doesn't work!

I get the extended info page to display in the same window but the 'customising the page to look like a normal store page' hasn't worked.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Update:

Have now got it working. I remembered the golden rule if something doesn't work: Untick a few boxes, tick them again and click apply! Seems to work more often than not.
