    Contact us form smtp error

I'm just amending the contact us form as described in the Advanced user guide.
I get the email sent to the company but not the one sent to the customer (ok, I'm using the same email address so I should get both...right?)

But I get this error on clicking on the Send button:

Error returned from SMTP server (3: Bad address syntax )

Please wait for your browser to forward you to the next page or click here.

    Can anyone help?

    Mike

Ok, that one has gone away but, now on clicking on the 'Contact Us' button I get the following:

    CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

All I have done is add an Address line to the mailform.pl.

I have done this twice, sticking srtictly to the instructions in the Advanced User Guide Page 73.

In between I replaced the mailform.pl file with the original to test that and all was ok.

I have, amended the contact us form layout to suit but this has no effect until you upload the amended mailform.pl

    Then the error appears.

Does anyone have a working, amended mailform.pl file I could take a look at?

    Thanks

    Mike
