I finished a cart some time ago and my client has informed me that users are noticing that the address details are not being carried across in the HSBC portal that is being used for the transactions.
The address details ARE being carried across as they are shown on the order when you pull in orders within actinic; however, they are not showing up in the HSBC portal. I think it's a browser problem, HSBC are obviously saying it's not their fault, and I know that if it was Actinic it wouldn't carry anything across. I have managed to get it to work sometimes: has anyone out there ever come across any problems like this? If so can you give me a main reason why it would be happening?
