Is there a way to amend the page title tag to automatically add the product name as the first element of the page title?

PLease tell me this is easy to do as I cant see a way now but this would be so useful rather than trawling through all prods.

Using something like NETQUOTEVAR:PRODUCTNAME would be such a useful SEO tool?
