Actinic Digital Download Integration with Paypal

I am trying to integrate Actinic Digital Download with PayPal. Everything works fine until I try to login to make the payment using my email address and password. I then get a message number 3005 – “We are sorry, we are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later. If this error occurred while making a payment, avoid duplicate payments by checking your Account Overview before resending a payment.”

It looks as though everything is OK with Actinic and the problem is with PayPal. I have configured PayPal as follows.

Instant Payment Notification (IPN): On
Instant Payment Notification (IPN) URL: http://www.psychometric-success.com/...n/os000001.pl?
Auto Return for Website Payments: On
Return URL: http://www.psychometric-success.com/...n/os000001.pl?
Payment Data Transfer (optional): On
Block Non-encrypted Website Payment: Off
PayPal Account Optional: On

Can anyone see a problem with this configuration. The URL of my shop is:

I have also applied the fix to the OCCPayPalTemplate.pl file which deals with the callback problem.

This is a test shop only – I’m just trying to get Actinic/Paypal/Nochex/Worldpay working and tested.

Seems to be a problem with Paypal. Unfortunately I could not test as I do not have a test account to test with. Is this working OK now?
