Downloaing Orders - Multi User Version

Is it possible to download orders on more than one machine using MultiUser version 8?
I need to have one person dealing with the orders on their machine, but i'd also like to see the orders on my machine too.
Can the orders be downloaded on my machine After they have been donwloaded on the other machine first?

Orders can only be downloaded once. But surely Multi-User [as opposed to Multi-Site] shares one database, so all authorised users see the same data?

Just upgraded to MU myself and can confirm that any user can download the orders and it then shows on all computers at the same time

The users only see the order tab at the top whilst the Administrator sees them all i.e. content, design and orders
