Cart and Checkout not working

When i view cart or go to checkout the pages are all distorted and the images are not showing, why is this?

Same here. Get nothing for either the link or base webpage.

Works perfectly for me (it doesn't from the link as the cart thinks your basehref is the community forum).

So go to your home page. Delete your tempestwebdesign cookie from your PC. Then add to cart, go through checkout etc and everything works perfectly.

For some reason when i upload the site it doesnt seem to be uploading the cart images, that appears to be the problem, why is this?

Which images are these? All the layout, background images are there.

how do i delete the cookie? when i click view checkout none of the images load up its all red crosses were the images should be

That's because your cookie has the wrong referrer info in it so the server can't find the images.

To clear your cookie, first go to your website and then in IE go 'Tools'> 'Internet Options' then under 'temporary Internet files' click 'settings' and then 'view files'. Sort by 'last accessed' and you'll see a bunch of files from tempest web design. Near the bottom of these files will be a cookie with your website as the owner. Right click the cookie and delete it.

Now you should be able to add to cart and see it with all the images.

Nope tried that didnt work still getting images missing and page distorted

Looks to me as if you've now reset your copy of actinic to a default design and started again.

If you still get the problem with images in the cart, then right click one of the images and look athe properties. If the filename path is wrong then it's most likley to be the cookie as I've already said as that works fine for me.

If you still need help then paste the image path and name as reported an I'll see if there's something else going on here.
