Strange Error Message

Anyone know what this error message means??

These messages appear when i change from one site to another

" A server error occured. The thread attempted to read from a virtual address. (0x4c) for which it does not have the appropriate access. Actinic will attempt to recover. It may be safest to restart Actinic.

Then the next message appears

" A server error occured while catalog was changing sites"

This has been logged as a bug scheduled to be fixed in a future release. Could you tell me what version of 8 this is and what product, i.e, Business or Business Multisite, etc ?
