Add to basket error- Check out error

Hi I get this error on my site when you try to add a product or check out..
INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
An internal server error has occured!
Please try again later.

Does Anybody know why? and how to fix this?

Hi ,.. try to purge and refresh site .. and now i get the following error

Error: Error opening configuration file ../acatalog/prompt.fil. No such file or directory..

Can you tell me if the network settings test is successful and whether you receive any error message when you upload the site?

If a Website purge and Refresh hasnt helped, could you mail me your snapshot to krcsupport[@]actinic.co.uk ? If file size is more than 10MB, mail me so I can send you the FTP details to upload the site to.

Snap Shoot Message

I get the following Message when I try to create a Snap Shot of the site

(File ExportFiles.cpp, Line 563) - The file C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\QMS\elearning_centre.htm was not found System error 2 - The system cannot find the file specified.

Any ideas?

Those messages are saying that you have created links back into your v7 site folders from inside one of the v8 pages.

You will need to find those bad links and correct (or at least delete) them.
