Added Ssl Now Images Not Working

I have just added ssl to my v8 site

site functions correctly but all images are not showing

an example of what i mean can be seen here:

when I check the source of an images, i get:

http://www.sweetswholesale.co.uk/cgi...152190-100.gif

when it should be

http://www.sweetswholesale.co.uk/aca...152190-100.gif

I checked my network setup and all seems fine

the only difference between the standard and ssl setup is the https:// infront of the catalog url and cgi-bin url.


any ideas ?

I would only put the checkout under SSL not the whole site.

i have only put checkout

thats the strange thing

after i have logged in all images do not work (including the log-in page)

I am seeing it on other parts of the site where I am transfered to an https page where the images do work ok BUT I get a secure/insecure warning.

Try removing the ssl, getting the site working ok again and then putting the ssl back on.

I have just removed ssl and am doing an update hence why I think the images are now working

i'll try again over the weekend as this problem is now costing me sales

No I saw the https pages when you first posted.

I know I tried it on 2 pc's in the office and both would not show images on login

the image path seemed to get screwed up and instead of

mysite/acatalog/

it showed

mysite/cgi-bin/

the configuration looks ok to me and the ssl appears to be working

just the image path that was screwed up
