Changing acatalog directory

Hi all

I am sure this has been covered before but here it is anyway, I have completed and am happy with my store but would prefer the default directory folder to say maybe "store" rather than "acatalog".

Maybe this is somewhat difficult or needs a lot of coding, if it has been covered before can someone point me to that thread.
