Add To Cart Alert?

Hi All

Anybody know of an easy way to add an alert when a product is added to the cart? Seems like a feature which may already be built into actinic but I cannot see it in the setting. Simply want an alert to popup saying "Item added to cart. Please click OK to continue shopping"

If you reduce the add to cart bounce delay to 0, the shopper will stay on the cart page until they click either the checkout now button or the continue shopping button.
