Appearance of shipping options

Within Actinic Design | Business Settings | Shipping and Handling I have five shipping options listed in the order I'd like them to appear within the website. However, when the customer is placing their order, the shipping options appear in a different order - with the least common option at the top!

Is there a way of amending the appearance/order these options appear in?
