Act_Order0.. 3 etc accessible in version 8?

In Version 7 site I had added a process bar graphic throughtout each of the Act_Order0 .. templates to indicate the users progress throughtout the checkout phase.

If I was to register a design in Version 8, would I be able to achieve the same functionality within version 8? and where do I access the Checkout stages to acheive this in Version 8?

On the design tab, there is a drop down list with all of the pages you could wish to find. Select it and the code behind will show and can be edited accordingly.
