    Test Mode greyed-out

    Can anyone tell me why Test Mode would be greyed-out? I can't find any explanation in the help files.

    probably because you arein host mode, were you using actinic trial hosting.

    I think theres an option on network settings to come out of host mode

      Thanks but I'm not using trial hosting and can't find an option on network settings to come out of host mode.

      "Browse webite" is also greyed-out if that helps.

      I'm using Catalog Business which was upgraded from Catalog v4.

        Seems to be fixed now. I phoned support and they told me:
        1. Go to Settings > Business Settings > Options
        2. Make sure the relevant options are ticked in 'Access on this PC'

        In the process of switching to the Options tab a message came up saying I had to select a country for the business address.

        Hope this helps someone...
