Customer Account Specifics

Afternoon...

I'm trying to figure out how you can specify if a customer pays P&P via their customer account...any ideas?

If this can't be done, if there any way that you can set it so certain customers don't pay the P&P?

Any clues would be BrILLLL!!

Now that's a bit of a pain...

Because we have loyalty card holders, we want the card holders to have free P&P - I'm thinking the only way to do it is to charge them for the P&P and give them a refund...seem's a lot of extra work though...

If anyone has any ideas, it would be much appreciated for you to pass them on

OK - after looking into that option, it's not available on the catalog version - only business and developer.

And the drawing boards comes out again......let me get a cup of coffee first...
