Receipt page

I've been completing editing of the checkout pages for our site and noticed the receipt page.

Now, when I place an order I am presented with either Checkout page 1 or page 1 and 2. When I click the NEXT button I am then transfered directly to Secure Trading.

How do I get the receipt page to work?

the receipt page is displayed after payment.

The easiest way to get to it is to add an 'invoice' or 'pay by cheque' option in which case the receipt will be displayed straight away at the end of checkout.
