New Products dotted borders

Hi, we've been adjusting the Executive theme for a couple of weeks now - but we're looking for the style / HTML property that controls the dotted borfders on the New Products listing?

Any help would be appreciated.

If you search in your actinic.css file it looks like the class you are looking for is 'dotted_outline_blue' (even though they appear to be red!!!)
