Still no receipt emails...

Does anyone else use the "send a copy of receipt emails to:" feature in Actinic? We use v8 and so far have not received a single receipt email.

This is a problem as the order confirmation email does not include as many details as we require... For instance "Special Delivery Instructions" is not included in the order confirmation email, and really it is essential that we have a copy of this data sent to our email so that it can be parsed to our database.

Any ideas?
