Hi Chris,

Thanks for all your efforts and I understand your point. Some of my product reference do incl. characters such as / or -.

However the one we were taking about doesn't.

The product ref is WUSH. Extended page = info_WUSH.html. However the product description does incl. a - but don't see how that should effect things. Also all my prodcuts are stock controlled via a hidden product which again has / - or other "special characters in the reference - but again don't see how that would effect things.

which isnt working

I will go through all my product references and change them to just include letters and numbers as suggested.

Now we're on v8, this patch can be updated to use Actinic's inbuilt PHP to generate this link and get rid of any problems at the same time. I wrote the orignal JavaScript patch but am on holiday (in Transylvania - honestly) until next week. So if someone reminds me then I'll have a go at rewriting it in PHP.

Hi there

For product references that don't have the special characters in them, you should be able to use the code straight from the latest Advanced Users Guide - which is different from the code that you are using.
