Maintenance Contract For Actinic 8
I have just finished (well almost) a site for a client who was talking about "immediate response support" for times when I might be away, off ill or simply watching "Have I Got News For You". Seriously though, I'm a one-man band and haven't the resources to be on-call all of the time.
Do any members offer this type support service (the client is based in Leeds but of course the site snapshot is sendable anywhere!) and could you give me an idea of cost. The site is aimed at the client's customers in Hong Kong, so something could in theory blob at 12 midnight.
