strange background !!! why? and how?

I am developing my store for 1 month and near to finish. I am suddenly getting a stupid background when i follow these steps.

1 - I buy a product that goes to shopping cart.
2 - I click continue shopping button

I see a strange background image for few moments.
or
3 - I click Checkout button
[here]
I see strange background image.

How can i get rid of this

Its happening when the file "cm000000.pl" is referenced.

Have you made any amendments to this file?

theme_main_background.gif is the image being flashed - most likely this is higher up the cascade on the check out pages

i tell you what, i just have made changes in CartManager.pl file and not in the file you mentioned, it was just changing way of redirection after contine shopping. what sort of changes i should make to get rid of that?

if its image that you mentioned how can i skip or get rid of that image?

I am just waiting to sort out this background issue, if it solves i will upload my site.
