Can't take a snapshot

help,

i am having big problems. I am using Actinic 8.0.2. I am about to go live. The oplan is tonight !! Earlier today I added a new section. Immediately The system through me out with the windows messages?pop Up
Actinic has a problem and needs to close Etc. Please tell Microsoft"

I have tried to delete it or rename it but nothing. As soon as I try to enter the section or touch it I get thrwn out. I decided to leave it for a while and carry on.

Later when I had done loads of work That I don't want to lose I tried take a snapshot. Same problem. The machine I been developing on today does not have an internet connection and so I can't upload in any way. Can anyone help please????

You can try the compact and repair in MS Access. If that doesn't help then with your deadline you only have one option; to restore the latest backup/snapshot and redo what you did. Otherwise if you can wait it might be worthwhile registering a support ticket with Actinic to check the database.

To capture your latest nput you might be able to export to csv.

I would import the last snapshot - its quicker and easier than trying to fix the problem.
