Removing quantitiy option

Hi there, thanks for everyones help, its made me push on making the site.
I would like to remove the option of removing the quantity option when your looking at the product.
does anyone know how to do this?

Shopping mode.

Either on confirmation page - or in checkout. Both of these should result in no quantity box shown against individual products.
