Link text sizes

Hi all, just hoping someone can tell me where I can change the size of the Links text in V8. At the moment it looks to be set at about 8pt and I want to change it to 12, but can't find where to do it. I'd like to be able to apply the change to all links, i.e. the products that show in the related items list, section links and the rest.
