We are going only going to deliver to the U.K.

How do I make the UK the only country in the drop down menu? Do I need to remove all the countries from the locations list?

Rather than removing them from Advanced | Locations, you can actually edit the zones in 'Business Settings | Shipping and Handling' and in 'Business Settings | Tax' to remove the countries from these zones.

Cheers Chris, thats good to know. I have always deleted them if they will never be used as they just take up pointless space. However, your solution lets you retain them if you think you might need them in the future.
