Firefox Cookie Error

Any one getting this error in Firefox

"This shopping application requires permission to use cookies on your machine, but this has been denied."

Any advice to sort this problem out would be great thanks

There have been a number of problems in this area, try "firefox cookie error" in the search facility, there will be a number of threads to assist you.

Cheers Lee - Had a look but there does not seem to be a 100% working fix for this problem.

Anyone know what the problem is? I have changed my P3P policy to "No Compact Policy" but has not sorted the Cookie errors in Firefox.

Upload the site or give us the URL and we can try it with different versions of FireFox and perhaps inform you of our host machine permissions and FireFox settings.

It could be a permissions thing.

Could you try going to 'Web | Configure Expiry Periods' and try increasing the time there for 3 hours to 24 hours.

It could be that the shopping cart cookies are expiring as soon as they are being made.
