Delivery pricing bands by customer

Hi
We have agreed deivery charges for a few regular customers which differ from the standard.
It is calculated by quantity e.g. 1=£1, 2=£2, 3+=£3
But for Cust1 it may be e.g. 1=£1.50, 2=£3, 3+=£4
and for Cust2 it may be e.g. 1=£2, 2=£4, 3+=£5
etc

Is it possible to set a delivery pricing band like this by customer?
