Page links not working (no acatalog) **Sometimes**??

Hi,

A client is reporting that sometimes category links are not working, for example going to

http://www.zappies.com/toys/CardsandStickers.html

instead of

http://www.zappies.com/toys/acatalog...dStickers.html

But I can't see this problem on any machine I am using! Can you lot please have a quick look and let me know if there is a problem? Much appreciated!!

By sometimes I mean that some machines it is working fine, but others it is not... Any ideas?

Hi Steve

Generally this happens when an incorrect 'BaseHREF' value is present - this value tells the perl scripts where the 'acatalog' folder is so section links work correctly. This value is stored as a cookie in the customer browser - so it could be that the PC with the problem has a faulty cookie stored.
