PSP Pending - Protx Payments Not Downloading

Hi All

I've searched the forum and drawn a blank...

We are having major problems with Actinic downloading the PSP Notification Of Payment.

Our orders are not going into payment pending, instead Actinic is changing the payment status to waiting for CC details.

Anybody know why this may be? Our V7 store uses protx in the same way but doesn't have any problems downloading the payment details from protx.

This is a bit of a nightmare as some 50 or so orders need to be checked manually each day against the protx notification emails, which are not reliable and hence many orders need to be checked against Protx by logining into VSP Admin.

Anyone know what might be going wrong?

Have you checked the v7 'OCCPROTXScriptTemplate.pl' against your v8 one - just to see if there are any differences in terms of the customisations you have made manually to this file to make it work with Protx?
