Remove T & C

Hi,

How can I remove the terms and conditions link from all pages? I wish to create a separate page for my own terms and conditions.

I could not get the Remove T&C under Settings > Business Settings to perform the task so I went to Design > Design Options and specified my own page.

Sorry to waste anyones time but hope this post helps someone one day!
